The founding partners, Maria FAJNOROVA and Magdalena BACHRATA, are the former partners of the Partnership Majlingova Fajnorova Bachrata.

Partners and staff have a large and long-standing experience in trade marks, patents, designs, utility models, in resolving disputes, enforcement of rights and other related matters, so they are able provide their clients with services of a high quality standard. Partners are members of the Association of Patent Attorneys and Agents in Slovakia and of AIPPI, INTA, ECTA, FICPI, UNION and LES. Partners, Maria Fajnorova and Magdalena Bachrata, also give lectures in the field of patents, designs and trade marks. They are also long-time members of the education team of the IPO.
